We source the majority of our beef from local farms throughout Hampshire and West Sussex. Buying top quality sides of beef, our experienced butchery team cut them on site to traditional and exacting standards. All of our farmers keep their cattle to the highest welfare standards allowing them to graze on the beautiful Hampshire pastures, thus ensuring the very finest tasting meat.

Our beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days making it so tender it melts in the mouth.

We also stock beef from the highlands of Scotland sourced through Smithfield Market , London.


Our free range lamb is sourced from local farms in Hampshire and Dorset and may be seen grazing upon the Southdowns. All of our farmers adhere to rigorous welfare standards to make sure that the lamb you receive is second to none.
