PORK

We supply free range pork from local Hampshire farms, we have searched high and low to bring you only the finest most succulent pork that produces excellent crackling on our boneless roasting joints.

We also use this pork in our wide variety of homemade sausages ranging from traditional pork to our exclusive 'Tullys Pride' sausages (pork and London Pride).

BACON

We homecure smoked and sweetcure rindless bacon from our local pork. Our dry curing process infuses the meat with an aromatic almost 'fruity' flavour.

We also supply bacon from a long established bacon producer, who provide us with both smoked and unsmoked gammons and rashers which we cut to suit your individual needs.
